My knee hurts when I put pressure on it, What could it be.?!
Question: My knee hurts when I put pressure on it, What could it be!.!?
Abt 2 wks ago I was moving from my apt, and 1 box was way 2 heavy, so instead of toting it!.!. I decide to kind of kick it with my foot, to push the box!. (bad idea) Well I pushed the box with my foot and totally twisted my knee and immediately fell 2 the ground!.
I heard a pop, but I was able to get back up!. Well I mainly have alot of pain on my knee if I put pressure on it or if I bend it straight!. It's not the knee per se!.!. it's the side of it!.
What kind of injury could I have!?
Although the area is really warm, I don't think it can be a bruise, bc there is no discoloration!. What do u think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Owch! U need to rest your knee & wear compressive therapy garments to support the joint to help healing & relieve pain!. A sports physio can help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should go ASAP to a ER an have a doctor look at it!. It shouldn't be warm just around the spot and it sounds like it's more than a bad bruise!. If you heard something pop that's not good!. It sounds like you hurt it kinda bad wrap it with an ace bandage until you can get to the doctor and maybe ice it to keep down swelling!. By waiting you can make it worst so take care of it right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
