im the kind of person who dosen't like to waste time!.!.!. ha ha ha, to tell you the truth when i can't sleep i get annoyed and i tell myself to stop wasting time just lying on the bed doing nothing so i get up and play some guitar (hobby) and eventualy i will fall asleep, i just dont like to waste time!.

for some science of course, after 48 hours of being awake your body will automatically will shut down no matter what you are doing, kinda scary!.

from human to human, maybe somthing is bothering you!? if there is don't avoid the problem, but its ok to get prepaired for the problem ^ ^

maybe it's from stress!. limit activity one hour before bedtime!. dim the lights at night and don't play/listen to anything loud!. reading before bed also helps!.
