Answers:
yes, the human bodies normal reaction form the saliva of the common mosquito is to isolate the insult!. the isolation creates a bump, & it turns white because like anything injected into the subcutaneous layer of the skin disrupts the normal blood flow to said area & is separated so the normal pigmentation is distorted!.
the saliva of a mosquito is a wonderful cocktail of numbing agents & anticoagulants!.
i don't know your natural skin tone but i wouldn't mess with it because it will just turn red & a red spot is a turn off!.
maybe cleanse the area & apply make-up or clearasil, an acne medicine that has several differing flesh tones to conceal acne!.
good luck @ the partyWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's not infected!. Mosquito bites always swell a bit due to your body's immune response!. As long as it isn't extremely swollen, or swollen, red, painful, and oozing, it's not infected!.
As to how to hide it!.!.!. I'm afraid I don't really have any suggestions!. Makeup, maybe!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
