Waking Up Early?!


Question: Waking Up Early!?
I hate waking up early, but i have to!.!.!. (as in 6:00) is there any trick to help me with this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have to wake up by 5 am two mornings a week!. I get anxious just thinking about it, but I have found it necessary to make an attitude adjustment about my lot in life!!! I use an alarm, which I've never used before, AND I do put myself in bed earlier- with a book, crappy magazines, or Sudoku!. When the alarm rings, I GET UP and start moving in a way that is kind to myself!. A hot shower helps me focus on getting ready and getting out of the house on time!.I make sure I have some good protein food and a cup of tea either before I leave or with me in the car when I do leave!. I am tired by the middle of the day and need to rest for a bit before going on!. I can't say that I would handle getting up this early well if I was doing it everyday!. I'd probably have to quit my job!. I hope some of my suggestions are helpful to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you already know the answer to this and I'll just be telling you something everyone else is but you asked!.
So try going to bed earlier than you have been!. If for some reason you can not go to sleep right away you could try foam earplugs to keep out the noise and you can find them at the drug store right next to the over the counter sleeping pills!. I personally use the ear plugs every night cause hubby snores and wakes me!. Get the foam ones!. But as far as wanting to wake up, sorry, I hate waking up sweetie, your not the only one and I get up early every morning!. Some of us are just not meant to be EARLY BIRD even though we are supposed to be the ones who GETS THE WORM!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Arrrrrgh! I can only sympathise!. I would hate to get up at that time too!. I get up at 8!.00!. Try pretending it's later!. That's all I can think of!. Some people claim that after doing Buteyko breathing exercises, they wake up earlier!. You might like to try it!. Here's a link!.
