Bad Knees?!

Question: Bad Knees!?
I'm only 16, but I have bad knees!. Pain comes and goes when I walk and it is difficult to run and painful to go up and down stairs!. And after I sit for a while in a normal position (with my knees bent and my feet flat on the floor) when I straighten my legs by stretching or standing up my knees pop, sometimes fairly loud, but its not painful!. Feels pretty good actually!. I'm concerned about having knee problems at such an early age, and I'm not sure what actions to take!. Any suggestions please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
