Question: What kind of brace for my kneees!?!?

I just got on the pom team and hurt my knees bad, i dont know how though

None! Knee brace will allow the muscle to waste away making the situation ten times worse!. You need to rest, then see a PT to get some strengthen exercises!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
