Hi I have a pain in my left side of my chest I am only a 14 year old male am I having a heart attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heart attac always accompaned wth severe symptoms!. For the same reason you do not even have angina pectoris!.
How did your pain start!? Wat kinda pain!? Stabbing pain!? Accompanied by numbness of the limb!? So painful you need to clutch your chest!? Nausea!? Cold sweat!? Invalidated during attack!?

Even though you are only 14, please tell your parents and see your family doctor!. I had three sons, and the one who grew to be the tallest experienced all sorts of body pains when he was starting his "growth spurt!." It might be that!. Growing pains, it turned out, are a real thing!. But do seek a doctor's opinion!. Don't ever take chances with your health, and chest pain can be serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
