i have a doctors appt!. coming up soon (justa physical), but im SCARED OUT OF MY WITS TO GO! im literally shaking right now as i write this!! please tell me what they will do to a 15year old (will be 15 in july)!! will they do the same things i did wehn i went for a physical when i was 13!?!?! name everything they will do please!! ahh, i need to prepare myself for this!! help! im a nervous wreck!! seriously and literally!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok calm down all there going to do is the normal everyday checkup like uhh looking in ears eyes throught and maybie nose they will not stick you with anything they will check your hert by making you breathe in and out slowly then they will feel your stomach !?dont know why!? also you normally get worked up over nothing i do it all the time with the dentist that im going to have a cavity or somthing but just try to calm your self down also drink plenty of water and poop before you go ( trust me)Www@Answer-Health@Com
