Question: Car Accident No obvious physical injuries!.!.!.!.!. Should I speak to Accident Attorney!?!?!?
I was in 3car accident 3 weeks ago!.

Now I am experiencing back pain and pain around rib!.
Have been to ER twice took X-ray but Dr!. Diagnosis as Back lumber and strain!.

Is there anything I can do!?!?!?
My friend suggested that I should sue or at least ask for settlement but I do not have proof of Obvious physical injuries!

no lawyer means less money ;) However you can settle out of court and get a good settlement from his insurance company!. I would suggest you talk to them and see what they are prepared to offer!. I would :

1- make sure you are ok!. Go to a personal doctor not the ER!. Keep all bills!.

2- Take some time off work or school!. They have to pay you for that,

3- Get an estimate on you dameges and then get two more and use the highest one!. Most people will try to save you the deductable!.

4- Add up all of you loos's and see what they will offer you!. If it dosent add up to everything and some chedder for the trouble I would tell them you are presuing a lawer Most cases they will change ther price Real Quick!.

5 If they dont wanna do you right!. Lawer Time!. Call the Best!.Lawey!. Call off work for a month and Soak up there cash for you injurys!. Its only american! lol PeaceWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can consult an attorney, but in the abscence of a compensatble injury, I doubt that there is anything that he could do!. To be a compensatable injury, the onset of pain and disability would have to be very soon after the accident!. You might be able to get compensated for your ER visits!. Your insurance company will negotiate for this on your behalf - if you inform them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would at least let your auto insurance know about the ER visits (bills the other person should be responsible for) but I would not push for something if you are not really hurt!. I mean I know everyone is hard up for money these days but I feel that you wouldn't want to make life harder for someone else if you really aren't hurt!. However, I think you have 3 years to claim injury from that accident just don't sign any kind of waivers between now and then in case something really is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, call a personal injury attorney!. If one chooses to take your case, he will send you to at least one doctor for an evaluation!. You will then be expected to continue medical treatments, etc!.

The amount of any settlement will depend on your loss of wages and time, pain and suffering now and in the future, future medical care, etc!.

The attorney can advise you on all that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, definately, If you went to the hospital as soon as the wreck happened you have better chances of more money, especially if you went by ambulance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know that those accident attorneys take a huge chunk of whatever money you get!.
If the pain isn't severe, just take some Advil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course it's only my opinion, but I wouldn't get an attorney at this point!. If your diagnosis is a simple strain I'd see a chiropractor or something for a bit and see how you respond!. Since the other guy is at fault there shouldn't be a problem with a medpay or bodily injury claim!.

If you find you have continued symptoms and the other carrier starts to object, then I might consider an attorney!. Remember they usually take 30-40% of your settlement, so keep that in mind!. If you're losing time from work, that's another story!. An attorney might be helpful for a more complicated situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see a lawyer NOW!.

People think of personal injury lawyers as sharks but the fact of the matter is that there wouldn't be a market for them if they didn't do good for people!.

The lawyer will make sure you get to a good doc who SPECIALIZES in accident injuries and knows exactly what to look for and how to fix it!. He also knows how to look for damage that may be permanent or degenerative (meaning gets worse over time)

Go see one NOW!.

I have horror stories of people who got burned by insurance companies but you don't need to waste your time reading them!. You need to get better and you need your medical bills paid AND your car damages settled!. If you're in Vegas or close by let me know and I'll refer you to MY attorney!.

Good Luck- I hope you feel better soon!.

PS- x-rays arent going to show soft tissue injuries that's what MRI's are for!. ER's are good for certain things- if you're bleeding to death or something like that by all means they are the best!. But for stuff like nerve damage and physical therapy, nope they are NOT the place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a medical certification from your doctor!. find a way to have your pain put on paper, because that mere allegation won't get you anywhere!.

civil law dictates that a person causing an accident is responsible for all other consequences of the same, his act being the proximate cause of all such consequences!.

but first, you must establish your injury by concrete evidence!.

you'll need a lawyer to piece this together, since you only felt your pain 3 weeks after!. it'd be pretty easy for the other party to rebut that!.

so, granted that your pain was caused by that accident 3 weeks ago, the guy who rear-ended you should be held liable, along with the damage caused to your car!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
