Question: What can I take after working out!?

well the best bet!.!. is too eat some protein!.!.!. you have about a 45 minute window after lifting to eat some protien before it just sits in your stomach!.!.!. Also, there is a supplement called creatine!.!.!. look it up!.!. i do not reccomend it!. It will not only make you less sore, but it will also make your muscles alot larger!.!. it is legal!. Make sure to drink LOTS of water if you use creatine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
