Answers:
Many words in the English language have several DIFFERENT meanings!.

One quite striking word is

FELL

past tense of to fall

But it has another totally different meaning

as in a FELL SWOOP!. Here FELL means 'fierce, savage; cruel, ruthless; dreadful, terrible'

Intention again has SEVERAL meanings with different origins!.

In medicine the word "intention" is used very specifically to mean a manner or process of healing, as in the healing of a lesion or fracture without granulation (healing by first intention) or the healing of a wound by granulation after suppuration (healing by second intention)!.

It probably comes from the Latin INTENTIO meaning : effort, exertion, attention, intent / attack, accusation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
