Can my plantar fasciitis still be cured?!

Question: Can my plantar fasciitis still be cured!?
I ran track from ages 12-17!. At age 17, i got Plantar Fasciitis!. Being young and lazy, I thought it would go away on it's own!. I didn't do the stretches or exercises i was told to do!. I'm 20 years old now and the P!.F!. still hasnt gone away!.

If i start doing the stretches and exercises now, will the P!.F!. go away, or is it too late!?

If it can be cured, how long will it take!? Will i be able to run again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is good and bad new here!. The bad news is that the plantar fasciitis will not go away!. The good news is that it can be controlled by doing the exercises everyday!. I don't know what exercises you were given but here is the ones that I use!. Lying in bed or on the floor keep the knees down and slowly bring the front of the feet towards the knees!. There should be a stretching sensation in the calves!. Do this as many times as possible before going to bed or before getting out of bed in the morning!. You can also do that while sitting!. While sitting or standing place your foot on a board or book to raise the heel up!. Place a light weight on the front of your foot and lift this up as high as it will go!. Do this ten times per foot!. Do three sets!. Try and bring the big toe up towards your knee when doing some of the foot stretches!. This last movement adds some extra stretch to the plantar fascia and helps to keep it loose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
