What is spastic colon?!
Question: What is spastic colon!?
i have been diagnosed as having a spastic colon and being anemic!. What can i do to get well!? My back and tummy are killing meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Spastic colons are caused because the person has become allergic to what they eat and drink, because they have either over done or just eaten junk for to long and their system is too weak!. Im taking that since you are anemic as well that you are a canidate for what I speak of!.
A good way to get rid of this and not have to take medication for the rest of your life is to go on a gluten free diet or celiac!. You can look at the diet and symptoms at www!.awisealternative!.com on the left side of the page click links!. You can also find a list of the foods you can eat and receipes that you can fix!.!.!. so you dont think you will be starving!.
Take a herbal iron like floradix because you will get constipated from the iron if your taking something like geritol!. It takes 30 days of taking any iron to see a difference!.
Basically what has happened to you is that you have become malnutritioned from having a spastic colon and that has caused you to be anemic!. You have got to change your diet or the drs will medicate you with stuff that will eventually lead to depression and a host of other things!.

You get nervous in certain situations so you get a spastic bowel movement!.!.!.that happens when the fecal matter goes through you faster than a speeding bullet!.!.!.!.also can be a form of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) this is where you can have the runs for a while, then you can be constipated!.!.!.!.stress has a lot to do with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
