I currently lost my job!. I am looking for health coverage but i'm not sure what i should go with!. I don't need anything extravagant!. I don't get sick much and i haven't been to the hospital since i was in high school and those were only for broken bones which i got through sports which i don't play anymore!. I just want something with a low co-pay for office visits and Rx's!. Can anyone help me!? It is all greek to me when i go on a healthcare providers website and all agents take a while to contact me!. HMO's are cheaper but have regualtions on what Dr's you can see and you have to get a referral to see any specialist!. PPO's are a littler more expensive but there is no regulation on who you can see!. It sounds like if you rarelly get sick you should go with a HMO!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are young and mostly healthy you should go with a plan which promotes preventative healthcare!. HMO's like Group Health, Kieser and so forth are really quite good at providing those kind of services!. Just make sure they also provide for a catastrophic event (getting cancer, aids, or a serious accident) because those are the things that can rob you of your future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
