Honestly i do not no the real reason for why, but i know the same thing happens to me!. No matter what i do pull my hair up, wear a hat, use clips, pins anything lol!. I actually recently cut my hair, cause i needed something i could manage having down but no be in my way!. I couldnt stand the headaches ne more!. That happens to me if I put my hair back too tightly!. Try letting your hair relax and giving it a little bit of room to move!. Even if you think you aren't tying it too tight because there is no immediate pain, you still could be without realizing it, which would explain the headaches you get after wards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
happens to me alllll the time too! its just cuz sometimes your hair is pulled in an ackward way and is up like that for a while !.!.keep it down for a day, make sure to brush it STRAIGHt so its not in any wierd way hope this helps!=]Www@Answer-Health@Com
no but I know what your talking about it happens to me all the time! its probably just the pulling on the scalp!. I find that putting my hair in a low ponytail or loose one helps me not get a headache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Because you hir i being pulled/strained from your head, if you keep a looser ponytail in your hair the headaches should go away!.
