The muscle in my knee area kind of hurts?!

Ever since I went to physical therapy a few years ago, there's this muscle above my right knee that always hurts, especially after I've had it bent for a long time!. I don't exercise or anything at all, I'm lazy!. I'm not overweight either!. I'm not sure what could be causing this!. Could it be from the physical therapy I used to get!? The reason I stopped going to the sessions is because my mom couldn't be bothered to take me there at all!.!.
