I'm always tired??!


Question: I'm always tired!?!?
I'm always tired and I know people say you just need more rest or whatever but this seems like beyond abnormal I just think something is really wrong I just dont know what!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Autoimmune disorders can cause this as well as low thyroid function!. But then, so can stress, sleep disorders, a bad mattress!. The best bet is to go to your doctor!.
I started having symptoms 10 years ago!. I had a lot of different diagnoses, surgeries, meds etc!. Nothing ever seemed to completely make me feel better!. I finally told my doctor "I don't care what you have to do, draw all the blood you want, x-rays, anything!.!.!.I am just too young to feel this bad all of the time!.
That got the ball rolling, but I finally had to stop working until I found the right doctor and got the right diagnosis!. Now I have an autoimmune disorder!. Sjogren's Syndrome!. It is progressive, chronic and won't get better, but I know how to treat it so I do have good days now!.
I'm not saying that is what is bothering you!. What I am saying is!.!.!.don't give up!. If the doctor does all of his tests and says "Your lab work looks normal" (I got so tired of that)!. Then say "then send me to someone who has more ideas!." You are your own best advocate!. Just because one doctor is ready to give up with no answers, doesn't mean you have to settle for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are several factors that can cause fatigue including thyroid function, hormones (and renal hormones) as well as iron levels!. the best thing you could do is go to your doctor and have a basic physical with some annual blood work to check for any deficiencies!. I also agree that a sleep study may hold some answers!. Many people have sleep apnea and do not even realize it!.!.!.!. this can be extremely disruptive to a normal sleep cycle! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are not depressed then you may need more vitamins and iron, Try drinking some good coffee in the morning and get out and about!. Check out the local swimming pools in your area!. Schools, Motels, Clubs, Some charge a small fee, but hey, you will feel great getting your energy back, Some hotels have hot tubs next to the pool!. Go online for you area and call them for price and availability!. I wear a cpap too!. It does work, but take a long time to get use to!. But is very worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a sleep study, showed I was not resting because I was not able to breathe most of the night!. I was sleeping 22 hours a day!. Really!. now I can be awake normally for a normal length of time!. I wear a c-pap machine at night to sleep so I can breathe!. works very well for me and several others I know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
