Being on your feet for extended periods of time can cause a host of ailments!.

Two easy solutions I would suggest is ensure proper comfortable footwear!. If you work in a place that requires safety footwear, place different insoles in your shoe/boot!. The gel ones are great!.

The other easy solution might be to have the company provide anti-fatigue mats at workstations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try wearing support hose-sounds crazy but they help to protect veins and help circulation!. They help protect you from vericose veins too!

dr apt maybe!.!.!.!. does diabetes run in your family!? You can look up the other signs of that-like being thirsty all the time, urinating often, dry mouth, change in weight!.!.!.

Being on your feet a long time is difficult!.!.!. try a 1/2 size bigger when buying new shoes and thicker socks too!.!.!. with the support hose

Hope this is helpful!

try loosening your shoe laces!. If you wear shoes that do not lace try to find some arch supports!. Try to avoid shoes that bunch up your toes!. (dress shoes are notoriously bad about this) Exercises for your feet can build up strength and decrease the wear and tear and stress of standing for long periods!. There are some great Yoga exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably just your shoes!. Nurses and clerks always have good shoes - that's why!. Invest in a pair and save yourself a lot of pain and suffering!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
