Answers:
Simple, You pulled a tendon or ligament while skating and it is not used while walking!. Common when performing any excersizes!. You best bet is to stay off the board for a week or so and take a little motrin daily!. This should fix the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The answers above are good, but you need to know that it is most likely a little tear in your tendon, and it will repair itself in time!. You're right to stay off of it, ice it, but not for longer then fifteen minutes at a time, and press firmly for a few seconds and let go!. Do that a few times and it will help it heal faster!. If it doesn't start feeling better within three days it might be time to see a professional!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well i just got back skating because i broke my ankle but you may have stretched a thigh muscle!. I would just try and rest and stay off of it for a while!. Im having this problem right now because since my leg is so weak from not skating on it i stretched a thigh muscle and messed up my knee but im still trying to get back to skating again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For one, stop skating! haha I dislocated my knee last year and had to stop activity for months!. Elevate it, ice it, ibruprofen if swollen!. See a doctor!. If you have ligament damage you want to know before you make it worse by skating!.!.you don't want to screw your knee up!.!.trust me *They put me on darvocet and I still feel pain, crippling pain at times*Www@Answer-Health@Com
