I have this odd pain, when ever i get up from sitting down too long i think!. It hurts around the sternum, what is this!? Should i get it checked out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you should get it checked out!. It could be several things, that's why medical school lasts so long!. I am not trying to be smart, it's just the truth!.
If you start having pain in chest area with shortness of breath, pain in left arm or jaw, cold clammy or sweating, dizziness, then dial 911!. Don't wait if these symptoms start and call doctor for appointment if they don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it has been persisting for quite a while, get a bood count!.!.(the sternum has a very large marrow capacity)Www@Answer-Health@Com
