Hurts above knee - wth is this?!


Question: Hurts above knee - wth is this!?
Eversince last year, I dont remember any events which could cause this but for some reason!.!.!.!.

Sometimes below my knee, to the sides where the knee is more sensitive and above my knee where its very sensitive especially when standing up!. it hurts when i walk, or run!.
this just happens and then!.!. goes away often, why !?
i dont think its broken but why does it do that!? i can SORT OF relieve the pain by rubbing my knee on whichever part it hurts on but barely changes anything afterwards!.

I had this before, lasted a whoel year, I remember getting it for being on my knees a lot at work restocking items on the shelves and lifting heavy objects wrong putting pressure directly in the knees!. It's a minature ligament!.muscle tear!. It heals and will go away, dun worryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Possible tendonitis, which is an inflammation, try taking an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen!. If that doesn't work see the doctor he could prescribe you an anti-inflammatory like Naproxen!. If that doesn't work sometimes a shot of Cortizone from the Dr!. or possibly some physical therapy could help out!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This used to happen to me regularly as a teenager!. Usually after running or rugby!. Doctors couldnt find anything wrong and i could only get it to stop by putting a hot water bottle on it!. Luckily i grew out of it and it never happens now!. Still though, worth getting it looked at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well,I don't know if this could be it:I have Runners Knee!. This is where the cardilage in the bone of the knee deteriates and you have to do leg lifts to streagthen the muscle to hold it!.
Go to the doctor and have it checked outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Are you an athlete!? You may have damaged your knee without knowing!. Some athletes just have cronic knee problems!. You should see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
