Question: I have an aching pain in my left wrist, feels like the pain is coming from a nerve!. I've!.!.!.!?
had tendonitis in that wrist before!. It's not CTS right!? Perhaps it will get better with a night's worth of rest from the computer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be from overused, tension in the wrist, nutritional deficiency (low in the relevant Vit B), arthritis, fibromyalgia!.

If you think it is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, then you need to look at the ergonomics (positioning) of your wrists, back and legs when seated so you are working in an efficient and safe way and scheduled rest periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really could be CTS!. Had it in both hands and let it get so bad that I have permanant nerve damage!. Please if it persists for more than a week get to a neurologist right away!. Because nerve damage sucks and hurts real bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
