Left leg numbness and tingling while walking?!

Question: Left leg numbness and tingling while walking!?
On random occasions (every few months or so) while walking my left leg will suddenly feel numb and tingle/tickle- it will last 5 minutes or so and then go away, but its usually at times when I cant stop and sit down so i am forced to 'limp' it out!.

20 years old 140 pounds, no health problems or family history!.

Ive heard it may be related to dehydration or not eating enough that day-

any experience!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
