Best mosquito repellent for child- age 6??!
Question: Best mosquito repellent for child- age 6!?!?
I will be taking my 6 year old grandson to Kauai in July!. A few of the adventures will include areas where mosquitoes thrive!. Use to be that DEET was a NO-NO for kids!. Now they say it is O!.K!. I like the idea of the wristband !. Much easier!. Anyone have had experience (good or bad) with the mosquito repellent wristband!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always use the Deet but I'm no kid and I usually fish deep in the woods where you really need the strongest repellent, but for kids, this site offers a deet free repellent!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tea Tree Oil (essential oil, mix a couple of drops in odorless lotion and apply it to the skin)!. Tea Tree softens skins but also acts as antibiotic and insects tend to hate the strong smell!.

I would just surf the aisle at walmart!.!.!. They make Off for kids!.!.it is more for sensitive skin!. I would try something like that but also buy a heavy duty DEET just in case the other kind doesn't do the job!. Haven't tried the wrist bands!.!.!. Just buy all three!.
