Ingrown hair on upper labia? Ouch!?!

Question: Ingrown hair on upper labia!? Ouch!!?
While I was soaping up this morning, I felt the pain from an ingrown hair on my labia!. It hurts sooo bad! Not to mention, my one year wedding anniversary is in a week! I would use tea tree oil or a drawing salve, but it's in such a sensitive area, I'm scared to! Any ideas to speed up the expulsion of the hair and healing of the area!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try to put some moist heat on the area to cause the infection (because it is an infected hair follicle) to come to a head and then you will be able to see the hair that has ingrown better!. It will be quite painful but once you get the hair removed then you will have instant relieve from the pressure to that area!. There are alot of ointments out there for this problem but I would not dare get them near that sensitive area!. I hope it works because that would really be bad to still be in that much pain on your anniversary!. Happy Anniversay (early) by the way; congratulations on one year!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt that it's an ingrown hair!. I am more suspicious, due to the level of pain that you are reporting, and due to its location, that you might have an infected Bartholin's Gland cyst!. A regular cyst (not infected) would just be swollen, but not necessarily as painful as you describe!. You need to see your Gynecologist or FP to check this out more thoroughly!. If it is, it will need to be lanced and drained!. I have provided some links below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use a hot cloth as hot as you can handle it!. Use tweezers and pull it!. If there is puss in the area you may also have a pimple there!. Take care of it how you would any other pimple!. Make sure to keep it clean!.

I get these all the time!. Sucks!.!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

put a small amount of cortisone cream, it helps the hair grow faster and removes the irritation somewhatWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have no idea!. Maybe just keep it clean and use antibacterial soap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you can see it get some tweezers and pull it out
