Question: Does everyone experience sudden aches and pains after turning 30!?

No only after turning 60 do you experience sudden aches and pains!. Because then you realize oh my gosh am I that old!!! :-O lol lol Then you wish you were 30 again and not to experience sudden aches and pains! lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

I felt good at 30!.!.!. Mind over matter!.!.
However 35!.!. Now that was a doozy!
My poor knees! and I have an appointment with orthopedist tomorrow about my shoulder! LOL
