Stinging pain on bottom of foot?!

Question: Stinging pain on bottom of foot!?

In the middle of the bottom of my foot, when i stretch out my foot, it stings and i cant walk on it or ill get the pain again!.!.!. helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

happens to me too, its nothing though so don't worry at all! sometimes you just stretch the tendon when you walk so it stings when it stretches!.
do this!.!.!. pull your toes back from your foot and press where it hurts on your foot (tendon) with your thumb!. It will hurt a little but you'll see what im talking about if you do it right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh my gosh, me too! It only happens once in a blue moon!. But sometimes when my foot stretches or when I walk on it, it feels like a sharp needle going through the center! I don't think it's anything serious, but I'd like to know what that is as well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
