I to suffer from anxiety and have had those pains before!. I was told the same thing, your heart is fine!. My pain was in the upper right area of my chest!. The doctor told me stress can bring on all kinds of pain!. But since we suffer from anxiety we tend to think it's something else!. My advise, family and health come first so if you need to!. Take a break or some time off from work!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like it could be caused by a pinched nerve or strained muscle, not surprising since you wait tables!. You can try taking Advil or Aleve to help the inflammation if it's muscular -- be sure to follow the directions on the box, and take it consistently (not just when it hurts)!. Also, you should try to use both arms equally when lifting stuff, either by using both at the same time or by alternating!.

If the pain starts to radiate into the rest of your chest, go back to the doctor as this could indicate a heart problem even though you've had normal test results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
