Question: Extreme headache !!help!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I have a really bad headache i wanna puke!. wat can i do!? the last time i had one i took medication but it never worked! i went to the doctor and she doesnt know wat it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its defenitely a migraine you should probably ask someone with migraine pills then just put a cold wet cloth on ur forehead lay down in a nice quiet and lightless room!. Maybe eat somethin and relax your mind as much as you can and rest a bit but puke first if you feel like so maybe keep a bucket in the room!. When you feel better you should go to a doctor and ask them for a prescription for pills against migraines!. Doctors arent miracle workers!.!.these things sometimes get out of their hands!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you actually feel like you want to throw up, there's a good chance you're having a migraine, especially if the pain is extreme, and sensitive to light!. During a migraine, the best thing to do is take plenty of advil and rest in a dark, quiet room with no lights!. For the future, your doctor can prescribe special medications that stop migraines before they get really bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay away from chocolate, sodas and coffee (duh!)
MSG is also really bad for you (Chinese food)
if you have a head ache lay down and take a zip-block bag filled with ice and place it your head!.!.!.!.
oh!.!.!.and a hot shower also works!.!.!.
stay away from the computer and t!.v!. because it strains your eyes!.!.!.turn off the light and if you listening to the music listen to it low!.!.!.take a nap and relax!.!.!.=) good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
