Tips for getting up very early daily?!


Question: Tips for getting up very early daily!?
I work in a bakery and my shifts start at 4 and 6 so I'm always up at 3 or 5!. I've been working there 4 almost 4 months and still I have a horrible time getting up, and then by the end of the day I am exhausted!. I make sure to get 7 hours or sleep at night, I eat relatively heathy!. by 4pm I am grumpy and tired and I hate it!. aside from taking naps (I like spending time after work with my family) and drinking coffee what can I do so this doesn't happen everyday!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you still have not adjusted after 4 mo's then this will help providing you live in an area where this is suitable: if possible walk to work, if not take the dog for a walk or whatever!. Why!? If you simply crawl out of bed and into the car and drive to work then your body will not have fully "waken up' and consequently your physiological and mental status will follow suit!. The elements (eg - fresh morning air) will wake you up and make you feel more lively,alert, responsive, energetic, etc!. and will make work seem like a breeze unless it's a bore to begin with!. Maybe you feel as you do because the job is not exactly enticing you to get up out of bed and show up there!Www@Answer-Health@Com
