We all need a certain amount of Sun for healthy bone development!. The intensity of the Sunlight that we expose our bodies to is very important , the sunlight around midday is more intense than in the morning!. Therefore we should not expose our skin to intense sunlight for too long and take adequate protection to reduce the chance of skin cancers!. The protection may take the form of shade, suntan lotion or sun blocks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
