Question: I have a stiff neck & it hurts by my shoulderblade!!?
It first started around my shoulder blades & when I would turn my neck, it would hurt there!. Now it is both my neck and back!.

Sounds like muscle tension!. Do you have anyone that can give you a deep massage!? Man, my 17 year old son is great at this when my neck is killing me! Take some advil for the pain and try to see if someone in the family can give you a massage, and if not, why not treat yourself to a massage!. Around here you can get them for about 40!.00, and some colleges offer them even cheaper from students!.
