Random foot aches?!

Question: Random foot aches!?
*Reposted, I had another topic but didn't!.!.!.like the answer*

Recently, I have been having random foot aches for no reason!. I'm usually just sitting around when a shot of pain just cramps my foot up!. And it hurts!.!.!.alot!. It comes out of nowhere and lasts for about a minute!.

I went and felt it when it was cramping, and the foot itself was hard!. I couldn't poke it or anything, it was like muscle!.

It has been happening pretty often, and only started recently!.

*On my other topic, someone said I might have leukemia!. That would suck!. Can anyone else clarify!.*Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I really don't think you have leukemia, because if you did, you would most likely have these symptoms:

Symptoms may depend on what type of leukemia you have, but common symptoms include:

* Fever and night sweats!.
* Headaches!.
* Bruising or bleeding easily!.
* Bone or joint pain!.
* A swollen or painful belly from an enlarged spleen!.
* Swollen lymph nodes in the armpit, neck, or groin!.
* Getting a lot of infections!.
* Feeling very tired or weak!.
* Losing weight and not feeling hungry!.
And, after all, leukemia starts in the bone marrow, so, if your foot feels like it is cramping up, then it is your muscles, NOT the bone!.

and it can't be RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome), because what that is is it feels like you want to move all the time; you can't keep still, even though you may want to!.
(and RLS is a bunch of bull crap anyway)

I think what's wrong with your foot is it just cramps up a lot!.
I get that too!. what you might want to try doing is soaking it in warm water every night and try stretching it lightly(so it doesn't cramp up) as much as you can!.

If you are stretching your foot too much or too hard, then that may be what's causing it!.That's how people get cramps in their calves (lower legs)!.
I get that and toe cramps all the time in the morning when I wake up and stretch before getting out of bed!.

It's either that or you're spending too much time in bed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could just need some minerals like calcium or magnesium!. You could have something similar to Restless Leg Syndrome in your foot or feet!. Don't panic!. See your doctor, but don't let him brush you off!. If he tries ask is he can recommend a doctor who cares!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
