Question: Why am I tired in the morning when I slept 10 hours and fine when I sleep 6!?
Its very frustrating, cause sleeping late is bad but I only wake up with more energy when I sleep a little bit!. Could it just be all in my head that this is happening!? I had an energy drink 5 hours before I hit the sack!.!.!. could that be the caff still working!?!?!?!?!?

Sleeping too long upsets your body's natural rhythms and knocks your 'body clock' out of whack! Most adults need around 8 hours of sleep a night to feel refreshed, but some need a bit less!. Perhaps 7 hours would be just right for you!.
Try to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, and avoid things like caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, exercise (and definitely energy drinks!) in the hours leading up to bedtime!.

It might have something to do with it!. It is also possible that when you sleep for the longer amount of time, you are getting too much sleep!. I have done it at times myself!. Sometimes when I get up earlier than I usually do, I feel better than I do if I sleep for a long period of time!. I hope that was of some help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Too much sleep!. Do you usually sleep 10 hours or less!? The older you get, the less amount of sleep is needed to function!. Unlike a small child who needs about 10 hours of sleep a night in order to function!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's what happens to me!. I can't stay awake if I go to bed early!. But then if I go to be late, I have alot more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
