The reason you get sleep after eating food is the whole energy is concentrate din your stomach in digesting the food so brain doesn't get proper attention!.
It might also happen because of improper oxygen carrier capacity of your body!.
Tea can give you short term results but it is not good for health!.
I would suggest you certain food supplements which will keep you energised and you wont feel sleepy!.

Roll up some little balls of paper and use your Bosses potato shaped head as a target - when he turns around to catch the quilty party (namely you), turn back sharply to your desk so he won't know it's you!.

Sit in your chair with your feet flat on the floor, your elbows on your knees, and your keys in one hand!. Relax and close your eyes!. If you fall asleep, your keys will fall to the floor and wake you up!. Then it'll be time to go back to work!.
