Question: Whats the scientific reason for pins and needles!?
My legs asleep right now and I was just wondering why we get pins and needles - scientificly!.
And WHY does it have to tikkle and hurt SOOOO much at the same time lol!.

If you've been sat with your legs crossed or one tucked under you, one of the nerves can become compressed causing pins and needles!. Usually this will resolve itself once the pressure is released!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm not sure why scientifically, however, I also really suffered badly from pins & needles!. I was told to wear fir negative ion socks like elite athletes wear to boost circulation & help remove toxins which has really worked great!. I also use to get the same problem in my hands so I wear thermal healing gloves too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Blood circulation could be another cause, leg exercises, such as walking, will help!.
Multiple Sclerosis, it's impossible, but could be it!.
