I had an really bad accident at school in late December....?!

Question: I had an really bad accident at school in late December!.!.!.!.!?
It was on my mouth and my tooth came out so the dentist forced it back into my mouth!. I've got a really bad scar on my knee and my nose and at the top of my lip because a big chunk cam out of them!. My teet are okay because the dentist put a splint on the back of my teeth and gave me a retainer so I still use senseidine!.

I was just wondering if the scars will heal as I grow older as I'm only 11 year old!.

My parents say they will but I think that their just trying to make me fell better any advice or anything or tips are welcome!!!!

Thankyou!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

They will defintely fade with time and become barely visible the older you get!. I have two large scars on my neck from when I was a teenager, now you can barely see them!. Plus you can for now use a concealer to hide them,(I did) ask your Mum to help you get one that is your skin colour!. Use a baby lotion on the scars and massage it in lightly this will reduce the redness and in time they will hardly be visible!.

Hope this helps hun - don't worry, I know how you feel I felt the same about scars, but they do honestly fade & I'm not just saying this to make you feel better!. (((Hugs))) ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dermatologist told me to use vitamin e oil to gently massage into scars to heal them!. It works, but u have to apply it often for quite a while!. I also apply thermal therapy to help the skin to absorb the oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you take time to massage your scars often that will help them to look a lot better over time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use mederma It will heal your scarWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try Bio Oil on your scars, but they will definately fade in time!. You are only 11 and your body is a great healer!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I did similar damage to myself when I was younger than you are - my tooth went through my top lip as I landed face first on a kerb stone and my knee split open on the same kerb!. LOTS of blood and pain!
I am a diabetic an heal a lot more slowly than non-diabetics - but even with all that damage I had no more than a noticeable discolouration a year later!. A few years after that it was just slightly different in colour!.
Now (MANY years later) I have to look really hard - I can just make out a slight difference in skin tone - but nothing more than that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
