Question: My increasing my level of folic acid!.!.!.!?

will it make my hair grow faster or just stronger as well as all the other benifits

Nope, it will not help your hair grow!. There are no real BENEFITS from higher than normal levels of folic acid, though it is important that levels are adequate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have enough folic acid in the food you eat and as for other benefits, unless you have seen a Doctor about anemia, I would not take extra folic acid!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
