Why does the inside of my left foot crack after every step I take?!
Question: Why does the inside of my left foot crack after every step I take!?
It happens when I lift my heel and I have the ball of my foot on the ground(I think thats what it's called)!. The actual crack is coming from the inside of my foot right before the ball of my foot starts!. My right foot doesnt do this what may be causing it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason why joints make cracking sounds is that the synovial fluid inside them is moving around!. It's nothing to be alarmed by!. I'm afraid this is the extent of my knowledge!. I'm not sure why some joints make these sounds more than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have the same problem except it is on my right foot!. I think that it is caused by air getting between the joints but i dont know how it got there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
