Think about when this happens!. If it is not constant, then it is a symptom that you are working normally and somehow managed to be positioned to cut off the blood flow to your feet!. The pins and needles feeling is the nerves welcoming the fresh circulation!. If sitting in a certain chair does it, put a cushion on the chair so that the edge of it is not pressing into the backs of your legs!.
If this is a constant feeling, get an appointment with your regular doctor as soon as possible!. This can be a symptom of a condition called peripheral neuropathy!. That means there is something going wrong with the nerves in your extremities and if the cause is not found and taken care of, your hands could be next!. There are a number of conditions that can cause this including diabetes and something called tarsal tunnel syndrome, the legs' version of carpal tunnel syndrome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
