Question: I just sawed off my leg by accident, What should I do!?
it kinda hurts but im not sure if i should go to the hospital or not!. the leg is completely off but i don't really need it do i!? should i go to the hospital or just take the pain like a man!? serious answers only please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First---Don't stand up, you will just fall down again!.
You do not need to worry about the pain as you will bleed out and pass out before it hurts to much--UNLESS- you tie a restricting band (belt, rope, etc) around the part of the leg still attached to your body (not the one lying on the ground or lap or where ever you dropped it)!. Next you must call someone to come get you and your cut off leg!.!.!.to do this--GET OFF THE INTERNET!. Have them take you to the hospital emergency room to sit for a few hours filling out paper work and waiting for the doctors to come off their "break"!. If you get bored you can play one legged baseball with your leg as a bat, or pig out on Bar-B-Que so you will throw up on everyone when you are seen!. Have a nice day!

This can't possibly be a serious question because the femoral artery runs through the legs so if you had sawed off a leg you would bleed out within 60 to 120 seconds probably faster since it wouldn't have been just a puncture but actually severing the artery!. Unless you knew how to apply a tourniquet which I doubt because you had to ask if you should even go to a hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ok this happened to me before!. Don't panic! Take a deep breath and pick up the saw again!. Without hesitating saw off the other one and crawl to the nearest intersection!. Wave both your legs up in the air and flag down an 18-wheeler!. Hopefully they won't miss and end your misery!. I hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
