Question: I cant do sport for a month! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!?
i have something called plantar faciitis and it is the muscle in the arch of ur foot and my doctor told me to not do sport 4 a month which is impossible for me coz i am obsessed with sport lol so i asked her is i cood swim as it is not wieght baring and she sed after 2 weeks!. i rekon it wood be good 4 me 2 get back into the pool, coz i burned out last year at state level so yeah!.!.lol but, and this might sound really stupid, can u guys think of any other sports i can do that arnt wight baring!. i am only 13 as well!. plz help i neeeeeeeeed sport lol its my drugsWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Ride a stationary bike!. Will keep up your fitness and give you a bit of the adrenaline youre missing from sport!.

I had tore my ligaments in my ankle and was non-weight baring but I could ride a bike no worries!.

if u is obsessed with sports, u then play sports!. because sports is the good, when a sports player plays sports he feels adrenalline and he likes it!. which means u should get this adrenalline rush or do meth, either or!. both ways u will get a strong feeling of satisfaction!. i cant get no, satisfaction, nuh nuh nuh!. but you sir!.!. can!. 13 or 35 sports is for u, let me remind u to not give up on the athletic career you currently hold!. bravoWww@Answer-Health@Com
