If there was absolutely nothing else to eat and you were absolutely starving and approaching death yourself then you would probably have two options and these would probably be to either let yourself die or eat your dead friend!. Perhaps most of us would prefer to die but if you were actually confronted with that situation who knows what you might be willing to do to survive!.
