Make an ice pack an put it on your wrist where it hurts for about 20 min!. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off until you can get to the Dr!. or emergency room!. You need to make sure it's just a sprain!. Also keep your wrist/ arm elevated!. Letting your arm hang down will cause more swelling and pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need get you some ice in a baggy ,put it on your wrist!. Then take so pain medicine out of medicine cabinet!. How long does you parent surpose to be gone!? if its not long I"D wait!. If theres ace banage in the house ,you could wrap it up for thats all they do at the E!.R!. besides take a xray which is a big waste of time!.For it will heal in 6-8 weeks!.Try to think off something besides where you hurt yourself at ,Use the ice2-4hrs!. and wrap-up with ace badges!.
