Why does my throat hurt when I breath in deeply?!

It comes and goes, and it hasn't happened to me in a very long time and it's back again!. I can't really describe it, but when I breathe it deep my throat area hurts!.!.and my mom is making me a doctors appointment Monday but I dont know if she even takes it as serious as I do!. But it bothers me!.!.I dont smoke, I tried it when I was 12 and stopped at like 13 and my mom smokes but not in the house anymore!. But I dont know if smoking has to do with it!.!.hopefully not!
But anyway!.!.should I wait till the doctors Monday or ask my mom to take me to the hospital!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
