Pains in my leg when I do exercising.?!

Question: Pains in my leg when I do exercising!.!?
Okay I know this stuff can't be vague, so I'll try my best!.

During the last 3 weeks, when I have been exercising I experience this pain in the top of my leg!.

Picture of where my pain is:

Anyways it is at the back of my leg!. It mainly happens when my left leg goes back and my front leg goes forward!. It is only my left leg that has been hurting!. When I first had this problem, it used to go after a few minutes rest!. But now I have been resting for almost a hour + and it still hurts and make me limp!.

Also, I have found if i do warm ups before playing football (soccer) i can play for around 15 mins before the pain kicks in!. It comes straight away - it doesn't slowly come!. When I am on my bike, this pain doesn't affect me at all!.

Please ask if you need any more info that I have forgotten!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You most likely pulled a muscle!. You might have been doing a particular streatch or kick ect!.!. that pulled your muscle to hard to fast, or just wrong!. You may hev done a streach wrong or preformed an unusual kick in a sport!. You also might be excercising that muscle too much! When you excercise, your muscles grow because you slowly rip your muscle tissue apart, little by little, then it grows back to give you bigger and stronger muscles!. If you just keep excercising it without giving it much time to grow back, it will really start to hurt, and wont grow because it isnt haveing the chance to start yet!. You might want to consult a doctor about that! You should ask him about it! He or She will be able to tell what you did when they examine you!. You may also want to give your leg a break to see if it feels better after a while!. It wont hurt you when you when your riding a bike so much because that muscle isnt used that much, so it wont be usued as hard for biking, and you wont feel the pain!. It hurts immediatly when you kick a ball because your muscle theer is soar, and that muscle is used alot for a kick, either being flexed, or just shifted to a new posision!. may i sak you a question that will affect my responce!? Are you left or right handed!? what leg do you use to kick!? what streaches do you do!? Whatever the reason, you did something, probably during a streach or a sport, and it needs time to heal!. I really cant tell you much more about your specific condition, because i am only talking to you via internet!. see your Dr!.

pulled hamstring or your tightening muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

have you damaged you leg sometime before!? E!.g fallen, twisted an ankle (it's relevant) or anything like it!? If you have then it's most likely that you damaged your bones too!. I twisted my ankle 2 years ago on a tournament, but it's my knee that's hurting now!. I didn't have a problem with it before I twisted my ankle!.
you might want to talk to your doctor about it!. But he/she might just say there's nothing wrong!.
Or you could try acupuncture!. It's helped many athletes!.
