Sleeping issues, need help!?!


Question: Sleeping issues, need help!!?
Ok so many of u have prolly heard this line but im still going to say it "im having trouble sleeping" im not sure if its a sleeping disorder or if its just stree but as u probably figured out im having difficulty sleeping!. Say im tired and i go lay down at 11 i cant fall asleep till after 12!!! and during this time i have nothing to do but think which stresses me out!!! Sometimes i wake up in the middle of the morning for no reason at all ( for a whole week i kept waking up at 4 am)!.!.!.and not only this when i have had a good night sleep or sleep at all im still so tired in the morning!! why is this happening!? and another thing im someone who stresses like crazy, right now im worrying about a math test from last week, plus an upcoming test!.!.!.and well it might sound dumb but my thinking at night is making me hate thinking at all, i hate losing myself in my thoughts!.!.!.i need help, please tell me what u can, i need to sleep!!!and p!.s music sometimes helps me, but other times it mks me tirdWww@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried any sounds of nature sounds to help you sleep!?

I have an Echoes of Nature - Thunderstorm - Jamboree soundtrack that I loop when I have problems sleeping!. The one track is 16:43, so it doesn't take many to cover the time I want to sleep!.

Also, you could do some deep breathing, relaxation exercises as you lie there!. Take slow deep breaths and start visualizing a blue fog that starts at your toes and ever so slowly works it's way up your body!. As it covers your body, imagine it soothing and relaxing each part it covers!.
