Question: How do i quit!?
I need to quit smoking for so many reasons but i just can't let go!.!.!.my family heart health, mother: heart surgery @ 46, cousin heart attack @ 34, , uncle:dies 46, heart attack @34, I'm on BC, I get migraines, I have sinus problems, but the vicodin I'm on for pain for the migraine makes me wanna smoke even more!. HELP!. will hypnosis help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom smoked when she was young and wanted to quit, so she tried hypnosis!. She is smoke-free to this day!. =) Go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am starting that new drug Chantix, I hope it works!. Some insurance companies cover it but mine did not so I paid $125!.00 for the first 4 weeks!. I think changing your habits-- for example I smoke when I drink coffee, so I am going to cut down on the coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
