Question: What is wrong with my foot!?
On my foot, if you press directly down in the middle of the foot I feel a pain!. It also hurts to walk only because when I bend my toes I feel a sharp kind of pain!. However, I can still wiggle my toes with somewhat ease!. I know there is something wrong because it hurts to walk!. What is wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I clench my toes the middle of my foot has a sharp pain and it hurts until I massage it out!.
I think its no big deal, but maybe because of walking in shoes, it ruins your feet!.
Try gel insoles, they worked for me and the pain has not returned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My gf had a similar problem after a car accident!. She had hairline fractures in 2 of her metatarsals caused by having her foot on the brake pedal when she was hit!. I'd get your foot checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
