Dizzy, nausea, fever, the works...?!

Question: Dizzy, nausea, fever, the works!.!.!.!?

I was diagnosed with Vertigo two days ago!.!.!.!.been on antivert for it!. Seems to be helping!. But then this morning, felt like stomach flu, throwing up, diarrhea, fever, exhausted!.

Could I have two different illnesses at the same time or are these related some how!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG!! i'm 11, and i was diagnosed with Vertigo about 2 weeks ago!. I started to feel dizzy and like throwing up in the the middle of class! i almost fainted!. Anyways, i think thats its the same illness!. or maybe a migraine headache (THEY THINK THAT IT MIGHT ALSO BE A MIGRAINE HEADACHE) THE cause is stress!.!.!.!. dehydration!.!.!.!.!. not enough nutrients!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
